My initial final conclusion is that it is inherent in a seed that how much a the plant will grow, flower, fruit...for vines..what would be the height of the plant, whether it will twine or cling...in which direction it will twist and turn etc. and what would be the total life span...

A seed is a total package...it will grow into the same plant even if it is sown after hundreds of years...it will not change its nature with the change of hemispheres or magnetic fields.

What do you think ???
Lets wait for a proper time for the final verdict :-). As per American Journal of Botany (2009) "Although the coiling of tendrils and the twining of vines has been investigated since Darwin’s time, a full understanding of the mechanism(s) of this coiling and twining ability has not yet been obtained." However you are right in the sense that there is no effect of hemispheres or the magnetic poles on the twining ability and most of the twining habit is inherent in a given plant species. I wish we had a plant scientist to participate as well to educate us more about this topic.
