Moreover how to grow this plant in a pot. Furthermore i would like to get expert advice about poison ivy plant that sticks to wall. How to grow and keep healthy these types of plants?

I haven't seen many wall creepers in Karachi. Campsis is a beautiful creeper during the summer time but in the winter it looks like dead wood. So it not a suitable creeper for front view. Most good nurseries have it e.g. near Nipa (or Urdu University) there is a big chain of nurseries.
Don't even think of any poison ivy...it will make anyone cry with tears if it ever comes in contact with skin.

Have you thought about Quisqualis (Dolhan bail/ Jhumka bail) it requires support though; another beautiful vine is Golden shower which can be trained to creep along a wall. Both of them are really beautiful vine.
