Tomato Germination

I am growing tomatoes and wanted to know if they are growing alright. This is the first time I am growing them aand I would really appreciate if someone could guide me and let me know if the plants are healthy.

It gas been 16 days since the first seed was sowed. I would also appreciate if anyone could tell me if the growth is slow or normal. I have attached a picture of the plants
