Keep it in partial shade.. add a layer of compost on top of soil..

the plant is not worth to save.. discard it..

Cow manure is not compost... but you can make compost from cow manure, it take 4-6 months.. better to get bagged compost check this link: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=15

Npk 20.20.20 can be useful to germination, seedlings, vegetable plants & how much quantity, procedure.??
