Are roses in different colour is possible to grow through China imported seeds or they are fake?

The roses with multiple colored petals like the one in picture are made professionally from white roses by using different dyes, you can even do it at home.. kindly refer to the video... seeds from aliexpress/china are fake... almost all of them...

Better to collect your own seeds from known rose plants...
