What vegetables and herbs one can still plant in Lahore?

Garlic can be planted... What else?

Salad,palak,moli,gajjar,phool gobi,band gobi,sarson,karam sag,strawbery.but you are so late my brother.

In case I am late, I would wait for spring... BTW people are still planting palak these days.

And would it be fine to make an all bhal and manure bed or should I add some other growing media also?

you can get the seedlings and no need of adding anything additional for annual plants..
