i have got few questions:

1) its been 3 or 4 days i planted seeds. i didn't water it. soil on top is little dry and moist both. ( if possible will upload pics soon) when to water them

2) i really have problem of sparrows, they come, sit and unearth the seeds  , i just made a bad kind of scarecrow it has little effect, what to do with it.

3) when i'm expecting the sprouts? i see 2 ..3 sprouts in okra's section.

Thank you

Tomato would struggle in heat...

For sparrows nothing will work, other than covering with net... all summer seeds (if fresh) would germinate within 15 days maximum...
