They don't have any fixed rules for sale. Whatever they develop they put on sale depending upon which variety which year they have in sufficient quantity to put on sale. NARC is research org only and they basically sell to farmers to promote new and better varieties.

This year i saw only Mexican lemons, figs and olives for sale. One has to keep track by visiting frequently to see what is available now.
