These are summer vegetables, seeds are sown in March... best container for these are fruit crates, they need a lot of space and full sunlight...

i plan to grow tomato and capsicum for the coming summer. As per the chart it is possible, however elsewhere in the forum i have got conflicting views on growing tomatoes in feb. Can you please clear if i can go ahead sowing with tomatoes and capsicum from next week. I also read on the forum that our summer is harsh and tomatoes needs protection from direct sunlight. I shall be growing both in grow bags to moving it is not a problem for me. Terrace gets sunlight from 11 till 2 pm. Please advise.

You can grow them but the yield will be less and the plants will be prone to insect and disease attack...

NARC has the vegetable calendar for summer and winter vegetables, in urdu too. One can download it too.

Very useful post. thanks for sharing. i have a question . what does Column 4 and 5 means ( rows X (inches) and Plants (inches)?

When you plant the veggies they should be arranged in rows (row x row = distance between two adjacent rows in inches) and distance between two adjacent plants in a single row is Plants x Plants (in inches)
