My roses 2012

Umar saheb the ebb tide cutting I have did show flower buds and I did let one open. It was more a dark pink than purple. Not sure if it will give us the smokey purple color we see on the Internet. I will also let a bud flower in fall when temps are cooler to see if there is any purple. I have had same problem with Big Purple. However, Lahore nursery said they have ebb tide and will have plants coming season.

Ebb Tide ! Thank You AY Khan Sahab. Although I am not a huge fan of roses. But I could not resist its beauty.

So what i was expecting like many other levander shades its also revert pink(many blues & purples atre actually revert pinks)

Umer bhai which one is the best fragrant rose variety ..availble locally or if you have cuttings here in mardan ..

Double delight. You can get roses from Shoaib nurser Rashakie but its not the right time to plant roses.

Mutansir Hi dear Roses are very prone to humidity & can not tolerate Karachi,s humidity. But you have great courage which will keep them alive. Choose disease resistant roses don,t go only for beauty. Even here i lost five bushes this year but its part of the game.

JazakAllah Umar sb. I think I will not give up roses because when the nursery men can do so and they have bushes more than 10 years old Why can't I have it. reminding the previous loses of roses of mine I have concluded that regular spray of Insecticide, Fungicide and keeping any types of pest away can give good results. JazakAllah for the advises that you and other members gave me which helped me a lot. When I joined the forum I did not even knew about rose suckers and Find this forum when googling for my rose abnormal behavior and Found this forum which gave me quick reply of my query and I learned a lot.
