two weeks ago i bought 9 rose vines at 25 rs per vine. i think they r better than the plants....

There names ?and the vendor ?
Why do you think the vines are better than the bush, each is selected according to location.

i dont know their botanical names as i just came to know of them from my mali when he told me that roses come in vines also and they were costing 85 here in lahore. so a weeks ago i happen to go to patogi and i brought few from there. i prefer them as they r easier to maneuver and i can plant them with each tree bark so that they can grow around it.

thnx 4 the advise..right now i just have one solid bark rest r all young plants....so haven't put that many roses there...btw do u happen to know where i can find an avacado plant???

I planted 2 Avocados in Sep this year. Bought one each from NARC,Islamabad & a Nursery in Gujar khan. Dont know if they r available now. May call DR. Mukhtar,NARC 051-8443759 or Mr.Ashfaq ,Gujar Khan at 0344-5313625, to check availability or any other detail. Remember, it is essencial to plant 2 different pre- detemined varietys for cross polination. Happy experience!
