Transplantation
When Should Rose be transplanted?
Can I transplant the rose in this season because some younger roses of past year have shortage of space and there roots are coming out from pots drainage holes?
Reply please.

Re: Transplantation
Will it cause any damage to plant?
Re: Transplantation
I successfully kept roses for a number of years and plants survived due to regular feeding and control of pests. Only today, I saw well established plants in bloom at one of the nurseries situated on the Karachi Boat Basin "nala"

Re: Transplantation
Mine are also blooming but not as good as in winters.
Re: Transplantation
That's the wonderful part of gardening in Karachi. I don't think you will find roses in bloom anywhere else in Pakistan.

Re: Transplantation
Rightly said. Only in winters in Karachi one can enjoy beauty and charm of roses.
But for rose lovers just like me it's enough.

Re: Transplantation
Maybe its not the season for bud development or have you checked if it is a 'sucker' stemming from the base !Mustansir Billah wrote:One of my rose is developing but not producing buds. What could be the reason?
