@S.Ahmed it is not clear from the pic whether it is a wild rose or grafted. However it is blooming. I suggest u to prune it though it is not the time of pruning rose. cut off the congested branches.

@Faiqa Hameed, it is too good to hear that new buds are sprouting out but i m a bit confused how new buds are sprouted out just in 2 days.

Yea, Miracles can be happened just in short period of time as well.
