Izhar bhai, for mites attack, is it okay to wash the whole plant every alternate day or there's a risk of black spot?

Are these black spots in the marked white circle on the main stem?

Izhar bhai, 4 of my rose plants are showing really good new growth but at the same time, current leaves are turning yellow and falling. I can see some webs on 1-2 stems but I can't find any mites on leaves as I used to spot them last time they were attacked. Could it still be mites?
