The problem is that it is not entirely clear which ones are suckers and which ones are _any remanents_ of the graft. On the first look it seems that your actual rose is dead and you have nothing but sukcers left. I am waiting for others to suggest. You can ask (or pm) umar khan sb. He is a rose expert!

Jazak Allah! for helping me out.
How to identify suckers on rose and tell me about bud union and basal break and root stock. I have bought purple rose recently and some new branches appeared from the bud union I think but they were having 7 leaves on the leaflet and was not of that color as of old leaves so I cutted them off.
I have no pictures of it but some old pictures might do it.

It is difficult to identify suckers in your pictures. Sorry about that. I had thought that it would be easy, but it seems that all you have is suckers and a dead graft. Buy new rose plants. But here is how one can identify suckers for future:

For a new rose: First locate where grafting was done. It may be above the soil or below the soil, depending on the depth the new rose plant placed in earth. It is like a surgery mark on the stem. Anything growing below the graft mark is a sucker.

For an old rose: The graft mark is lost. The easy way to identify a sucker is by a different leaf size and leave texture from the main flowering rose. The sucker's leaves are small in size than the grafted rose. It is a thin slender non-branching stem typically with lots of thorns. Once you identify it, trace its base and cut it right there either with a sharp khurpee or ideally with a pruning shear.

You can hundreds of excellent images for rose suckers:

We used to buy roses from Shalimar nursery. Highest quality but slightly expensive. There must be other (or better) nurseries now...but I am not aware of that.

Next to Federal Urdu University (Gulshan Campus) formerly called Urdu College. I don't think they will have roses in this hot season. But a visit will be worthwhile. Note that plants are expensive there but are of excellent quality especially fruits.
