waiting for bloom but one question is the normail time cycle for lilium to bloom in Pakistan because its quite cold time becaue thay bloomed in Augest in Uk and sowing time was May

All three stems rotted in one pot so I oppend it, the bulbs were healthy with good roots so I removed the remaining stems, repotted them and set them aside. I will keep them in pot with soil slightly moist and hope they will rebloom in spring along with the last year bulbs.Izhar wrote:thats lovely... what about those in which the stem rotted?
The remaining two pots have one healthy plant each so they are left undisturbed.

The one spent 1 year cycle here bloomed in March, here the temp are harsh , until Oct temp are above 40,, the bulbs come to life in Nov here. But the one i purchased this year are already on buds. Lillium likes to bloom when average temp 20, less temp can delay the blooming time.

Last year’s pot of lilium, there are 9 plants and I don’t remember having planted that many in one pot

Must be offsets because every flowering size bulb produce offsets and the mother bulb will die, Well it’s good to see that you successfully manage to keep them over the year
