Post by aykhan »

My freesia I left in the ground have started sprouting already. Should I plant my stored bulbs now then?

I would wait for another fortnight. In my experience regarding planting bulbs (already in ground is different thing) late is better than early. Early planted bulbs grow foliage easily but do not bloom as per expectation. BTW the freesias in my pot on terrace also sprout in september.
