Freesia are quite hardy and not fussy, will sprout without much issue.
You can plant 6-8 or even more in 14 inch pot(My recommendation)
While planting keep the narrow side up.
Bury them around 1 1/2 -2 inches at max
Water well after planting and they will sprout in less than a week.
They are not fussy about soil also.
Ensure good drainage.
Fertilize lightly.
They bloom around mid spring or you can say Mid March.
They have sprouted with me Temp 36/37 day and 25 night

Thanks a lot Farhan.I was concerned where to keep the corms till Nov :)
Little advice needed. When planted, where should be the pots left?Do they need cover, sunlight (full, moderate)?

You can keep the bulbs in a cool dark place until planting in a cupboard away from light. you can plant the bulbs if you like in the start of October..they will grow just fine :)
