Tulip And Crocus Bulbs

AoA everyone. I requested my relative to send me 2 packets of seeds and he sent two packets of bulbs. One packet is of Tulip Bulbs having 8 Bulbs. And the second one is of crocus bulbs having 20 bulbs. Actually I have no idea how to plant bulbs and I also dont know when to sow these. Also, I practice rooftop container gardening. Please tell me when to sow these, In which sized pot should I plant these and How many should I plant in one container. and also tell me how often do I have to water these and till sowing, where should I Store them. Looking forward for your help. Thankyou very much.

Don't get dishearted if these will not bloom for you as these are cold loving bulbs and are very uncomfortable in the mild winters of PAK.

Sir Hamad, I still have 3 questions left. Please answer.
Q.1) When Do I Plant Crocus ?
Q.2) Should I Store both the bulbs in refrigerator till sowing ?
Q.3) How often Do I water the bulbs ?

Planting time: just before the coldest spell in your region, could be November, chilling: they are fresh import so they don't need any chilling, Watering: generous water at plantation then no watering until any sign of sprouting (water if required means don't let the soil dry out completely, if required then sprinkle a liitle) once they sprout water on regular intervals/fortnightly, Tip: soil/potting mix/medium should be porous that could provide excellent water drainage.
