All Asiatics and orientals need two month near freeze chilling with long growing winters 180-200 days life cycle. If we ignore two month chilling and two month bulb maturity after bloom finish than all lilies can bloom here but as annuals from imported bulbs which were already chilled by exporter.
So Sir u r saying that lilliums will not bloom again ever if i dont place them in fridge for 2 months

Well said Umair.
Just the reason why I have stopped growing some plants and am in the process of eliminating others.
After all mine is not a Botanical Garden.
I am also in elimination stage and my final list will be after elimination
1. Amaryllis
2. Day lillies
3. Roses
4. Easter lilies

And All other perennial bulbs that simply do not Rot in the ground and require no chilling at all
