Gazania is a genus of flowering plants in the family Asteraceae, native to Southern Africa. They produce large, daisy-like composite flowers in brilliant shades of yellow and orange, over a long period in spring and early summer. They are often planted as drought-tolerant groundcover.
They prefer a sunny position and are tolerant of dryness and poor soils.

Linum grandiflorum also known as 'Scarlet flax' is a species from flax family, it is native to Algeria and elsewhere it is an introduced species, it is an annual and it produces a profusion of scarlet flowers on thin wiry stems that sway with the slightest of breeze and its inner side of the flower petal shines in full sun, a lovely plant.

Commonly known a crown of thorns is a succulent flowering plant from euphorbia family that is famous of its adaptability to many types of environments, it is native to madagascar and several hybrids till now have been made in an array of colours, Thailand is mostly famous for producing stunning cultivars of euphorbia milii. Can easily be propagated from stem cuttings.
