New Gardener

Post by yasirbbutt »

Assalamualaikum. I am Dr. Yasir Butt and am currently living in Shakargarh, District Narowal. I have started gardening just now as a project and have fell in love with it. Being a newbie i need a lot of help from the community especially the experts on the website. This is awesome place and have been browsing it for last one week and it has helped me immensely. I hope i will get help from everyone whenever i need it.

Also i have planted the following:
1. Pansy Seedlings
2. Petunia Seedlings
3. Calendula seedlings in some of the area of our office.

Also i plan on making a Rose Garden for which i have bought Roses (English). I will share their pics with you guys. Feedback is welcomed.

Thanks everyone and hope to communicate with you guys. Take Care.

Regards,

Dr. Yasir Butt

I have planted Pansy Seedlings in the border area of the path about 10-12 inch apart. 1 day old pics. Will see the response first and then plant more.

Suggestions are welcome but do keep in mind that this is my lifes first planting of any type of tree/flower etc.

Cherish for you have stepped into a world of wonders :p

Pansy is a smallish plant. I prefer maximum distance of 6 inches. That is if you want to cover the ground. However more the space better the plant performs. Your Choice.

welcome to gardening and Gardening Pakistan, now your photos made me curious and I cant stop myself from asking you, what is that castle looking building at the end or in the background, is that your house or ...?
may sound silly but Intrigued to know about building instead plants!

one tip for your garden and plants, you have a big garden and for that you need big borders, I mean wider beds for plants only then they will make an impression.
Happy Gardening ;) :)
