Then in that case be aware that maintaining a lawn in those conditions is a challenge, requiring meticulous attention in preparation, care and maintenance. Any deficiencies will have a devastating effect and your grass is guaranteed to quickly die. Have you considered alternatives to grass?

An old trick during the monsoon (if you get it there) is to mix some well rotted cow dung, a little bit of clay soil and some normal soil/compost. sprinkle a load of grass clippings into it and using your hands smoothly plaster it all over the area you wish to lawn. Keep it damp for a few weeks and the grass clippings should take root.
