Muhammad Ammar, a cinephile and a germophobic grand son of an agriculturist from Tapiala Dost Muhammad grower of supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Basmati,currently residing at Lahore while the family is residing at Okara, is kind enough to introduce his Grand father whose efforts he has pictured very nicely.
My love and regards to your grand father who must be almost of my age.

Gardening if it is in blood shell flurish.

Thank you Sir. Surely I will pass on to him.
He is Masha'Allah 84 years old and still very strong, healthy and simple man, let me tell you little more about him, he has been doing gardening for a very long time, see below picture, its 45 years old and its of my great grandfather:

There are also many pictures like this one in our family book, having ton of flowers of different type growing everywhere (above picture doesn't even do the justice but I only had this one in digital form). But now he is only interested in vegetable gardening, as lots of poor people come to our home for vegetables he grows in fact almost all of vegetables goes that way, and this is sort of warm thing for him.

This is him enjoying in London :)

I have bought few months back this Lagerstroemia and it gave beautiful bloom, I bought it just for 100 rupees from a govt. nursery, I think I got a good deal because IMO its couple of years old, correct me if I am wrong :

and what subspecies of Lagerstroemia it is?

Also I have bought these seeds and going to plant them first time myself so lets see how it goes:
1: Aster
2: Salvia
3: Ageratum (blue and pink)
4: Foxglove
5: Franchi Winter Yellow Mix flowers
6: Giant Daisy
7: Marigold (french and inca)
8: Petunia (different mixes)
9: Pansy F1 Sakata

I will see what I can get more, also suggest me what varieties I should plant as a beginner so that its easy to manage them.

It's a shrub/mini tree. Sheds leaves in winter-they turn red n fall. Trunk is white. In summers they bloom most months and the blooming period is long
