No doubt we had a wonderful time, thanks to Ashraf sb at first place who initiated the idea of chapter wise meeting and also thanks a million to Munir sb for hosting this event and arranging wonderful tea for all of us.
As all other members explained it was all about plants plants and some more plants .
Munir sb has a stunning garden landscaped by himself and was kept very neat and tidy.
It was really nice to see the faces behind the names, this forum is opening new doors and is a nice source to meet like minded people.
At the end Munir sb presented some plants to pick from as they were arranged to be gifted at the end of this meeting , three hours went too quick I think we need to arrange another meeting.

Not to be missed Party !! Sorry i have to drop at the last minute due to some commitment I was planning to meet u guys and meet in person Munir Sb a wonderful and helpful person which i knew as we have talked on the phone and he gave me some valuable tips on Mushroom growing.He even called me from the gathering.....Thank you Sir.Next time i am in the town,i will definitely try to catch a glimpse of your garden.Members do share more pics of the gathering and the garden if you have.The garden pics are in some other thread and they are wonderful.

It was a beautiful evening. As already mentioned by others, the best part was Mr Munir's aesthetically laid down and perfectly maintained garden, which kept me mesmerized for quite some time. I thank Mr Munir for his kind hospitality. It feels great to see how a hobby can bring together all sorts of people, belonging to different professions and age groups. It should continue in the future.

I wish to thank all friends for expressing kind feelings about their visit & making very generous remarks about my garden.I am happy that they enjoyed the visit. May Allah bless all,them & others in the Forum.

Alas I missed the invaluable event due to some official activities. It was the true representation of “connecting people through gardening”. Next time I will be the part of this gathering inshallah.

Yes, I support get together this spring too. We may plan it around end Mar when the spring is on its full bloom.

I too would welcome such an occasion if you would excuse the fact I would be travelling from Jhelum. I am in Pakistan untill mid May. I am missing seeing some real passionate gardeners gardens
