Tomatoes at top and roots give potatoes

Heard of it decades ago, how is it that it is not grown commercially?.

it is not mutant but grafted plant.tomato is grafted on potato as they are from same family.so only plug plants are sold.

Muntasir, try grafting your own potato with a tomato and see if it works. You will certainly be in the TV news. Here is the recipe:

Grafted Cherry Tomato plants in 14 inch pots can be purchased around Rs 50 each but somehow somehow i wasn't impressed by the taste and results.
