Need guidance

I bought this indoor plant for its beautiful reddish leaves, but now most of its leaves are green. Is this because of new leaves? They turn red with age, sunlight or any other factor? Also please let me know it's name.
Apart from this, can you please guide as what kind of fertilizer is good for house hold plants and how much and how frequent it must be used? I have started new small garden, plants are in pot, having motia, eurokeria, raat ki rani with raja :-P, red, white and surahi champa, and sehra/jhumka bail.

This a Hibiscus acetosella plant... it requires full sun and high potash fertiliser to become maroon again...

Water soluble NPK 20:20:20 is best for home garden... weekly dose of 1 tablespoon dissolved in 10 litre water is sufficient for healthy plants.. also goddi should be done twice a month.. it really makes difference...

Thank you Izhar, that is really helpful. Unfortunately nursery hawker had sold this to me as an indoor plant which is why i had kept it in shade. As far fertilizer is concerned, i had recently started DAP, will definitely check for NPK as well. Any brands which sells 20:20:20?

Thank you Arif & Izhar, I am surely planning to change pots, unfortunately they are still in nursery pots. Have uploaded a full pic of small home Garden, can you please suggest any more improvements, guidance etc
I'm specifically concerned about slow growth of "Al-zuhra", it had hardly produced any new leave or flower since last 3 months.

Yesterday, have adjusted the sun shade to have better sun light in plants area. Home being West open, usually has late sun light.

Wanted to clarify one thing about goddi, I observed roots getting cut/crushed during goddi since plants are in pots. Does this harm the plants any way? Or its just fine?
