I would like to share the details of the funds donated by forum members for forum hosting and forum publicity expenses. I hope this is a good step towards transparency. Any suggestions please do not hesitate. Kindly let me know if i missed any name or any mistake in amount.

Forum hosting for 2012-2013 And For Other future expenses
Note that the forum hosting money per annum 4200 Rs paid. We intend to use the remaining amount in the forum publicity and promotion, We are analyzing various options including Google adwords etc. Will update on that when something is decided.
There is a new group called "Donors" in the forum. The color is Orange as you might notice with some names. Donors are those members who contributed to forum either in this current year forum hosting expenses or in the forum banners expenses hosting. More members contributing will be added to group subsequently.
Let’s have two types of members, guest members and supporting members (choice is voluntary).
A fixed amount as membership fee is to be charged from supporting members only.
Keeping in view our limited requirement, the fee will become nominal as the membership increases.
Addition of ADDs of gardening and seed stores as well as nurseries can further augment the funds providing useful information to gardeners.
It would be easier for some of us if we could post cross cheque.
