Suggested New section for garden supplies/prices

I propose that we have a new section for garden supplies(Compost/fertilizer/pesticides/equipment etc) mentioning places of availability/city wise and general prices. It will help members acquire supplies easily and the info of the rates will ensure they are not ove rchargred.
