If I want to search the topics started by me only or some by other member, how should I do it ?

When you log in, go to "user control panel" tab and there you will see the option of view your posts. If you wish to read someone else's posts, then click on the name of the person and that option will be available as well.

Same is the case when you want to go to your book marks.
I would like to get to them through the windows on the bar at the top.

I do not want to go to all the posts I want to go to Topics initiated by a person.
