The time for forum members to gather at show is 1.00 PM on Saturday 25th Feb.
There are 4000 handbills and 10 panaflex banners not posters 4 feet long and 2 feet in height. We can print more banners if required in just one day.

Will we be allowed to distribute the hand bills at the show? I think it would be the perfect venue for them. I am going tomorrow with my friend Mona, who is also on the forum, she knows a few people who have booths and will ask them if they can distibute some for us. Will it be ok to do so? I can't guarantee that they will say yes.

Went last evening with Mir sb., distributed some handbills. The handbills are no issue at all but I am concern for the banners..

Izhar, I think the banners should be placed in more permeant locations instead of the flower show which only lasts for a few days. Clubs would be one of my suggestions. Will you be brining them with you tomorrow?

Yes, I will be bringing them tomorrow. We can re-use the banners after the show is over.. Now we have eight banners in our hand.. I will send one to Lahore with some handbills, one we have placed at Manzoor nursery stall.. I am also in favor for the clubs & universities..

Just got back from flower show. Mansoor nursery did not have our banner . I even asked the guy in my broken Urdu about it, said he did not know. See you all tomorrow.

Oh this is not good, we'll surely check them tomorrow..
