Wow just wonderful. Would surely go there some day. I think these are not magnolias all prunus varieties.

@Umar, any prunus nashpati or peach variety successful in lahore?

friends these are Peach orchards.Swat valley is full of such beautiful orchards.Apples,peaches,plums,apricots,persimmons,walnuts & almonds are best fruits of swat.onions of swat are of rime quality.the big large 8 no peach is produce in Char bagh,swat.the best golden apple is from Matta,swat.Khabbab Pear groes very well in Peshawar valley & orchards can be seen from motor way.i think i should visit my orchard this week to take some photos.

Khabbab i think Peach early grain & golden pear will do best because these varieties are grown in Mardan.i think they will be most suitable for you.

Early grain Peach is the first to ripe & available on the market.it ripes when the wheat harvesting starts here in Peshawar & Mardan.but the fruit is not of that quality as the Swati PEACHES SPECIALLY 8 NO & 6 no peaches.
