Anglia bulbs
Bulbs should reach Norway within a week i guess. Then they will send these by some one coming to PAK. BTW, my cousins from Norway are going to perform Umrah from 20th Mar to 2nd April, fortunately my brother is also going to perform the Umrah from 14th March to 5th April. The package can be carried in my brothers luggage too. However If they send by post, it will take 10-20 days to reach PAK any way. I will update you when it is reached Norway.
