I have almost never come across a nursery that sells fruit plants for so low prices and these plants that u talk of are all exotic varieties-hard to get anywhere

Did narc have dwarf fruiting varieties that would bear fruit even in pots?

But then again almost all big nurseries in lahore have outrageous prices

Yawer, Correct me where I am wrong.
As I under stand You have 5-6 Acre of undeveloped land near Islamabad where you have installed Solar tubewell and have planted following fruit trees ,
"Munir sb., I have planted several varieties last February, to be brief - Red oranges, Kino, Grapefruit, Peaches (early grand), Laukat (Japanese), Pears, Plums (centa rosa, fazle-manani), Apricots, Apples (anna & golden dorset), Percimmon, sweet orange, fruiters, Pecan Nut, Olives, Shakri orange, Moro orange, Pomegranate, Almonds (2 varieties), Black & White Mulberries, Quince, Grapes (about 10+ varieties), Guava (local and Thai red), Cheeko, Jamun, Avacados, Falsa, Figs and some more.
What For?

Yawed Sb did u find miniature (4-6ft) fruit tree varieties at NARC?
