Yes, if you buy bare roots anna and golden dorset from Tarnab, it would cost you Rs.50/plant. Sometimes Rs.25 only. From Dr Iftikhar i got for 100 rupees.

NARC sells grafted plants for 300 rupees, from Tarnab around 200. I have planted few, some were eaten up by porcupine

Yes Avacados too, you can get 4 to 5 different varieties, around 300/plant. I got it two plants, one from CDA nursery, for 150 rupees, other i don't remember but was around 200p.
