Yes i have already plucked the stamens. Aroma tests best in luke warm water or milk. Also to assess the quality of saffron.

What is the care requirements for saffron?
Can it grow in lahore? Where did u get the plants from?

I think so as soil is more important for saffron than climate. I got it from Islamabad, Green View nursery
