Update:
After giving two small tomatoes.. the plant has stopped growing (no new shoots).. the cotton cloth which was used to act as a wick, decomposed completely... no fertilizer was given to it.. so from now on i am starting to give it water soluble fertilizer 20-20-20 with every watering.. it needs watering every week...

Yes, beefmaster vine tomatoes are now 6 feet tall and still growing strong, plucked the flowers so the plants directed their energy on growing..
