TREES in danger

I have recently Planted, five small fruit plants and even after one month they are still not in the ease with the environment, the leaves are pale in color and have burn marks on there leaves weird marks on leaves and other things.
I am posting pics please have a look and kindly advise me what to do.

Lemon plant has lemon in it ever since i planted it and since then the fruit is of same size and same green color, will it ever ripe ????

And now the leaves are turning yellow, dont whats happening with the poor plant.

Papaya plant have same leave retards.
