Is Paulownia elongata (empress tree) availabale in local nursery? How can I get it or its seeds?

It is advertised as a fastest growing tree but mine is one of the slowest.

It bears resemblance to Jacaranda which is readily available in nurseries and cheaper to acquire.

Where did you find the seeds? I am still looking for paulownia elongata.
