The ripe seed pods will turn into beautiful hanging baskets..saw that in one nursery in Islamabad.

Means have to collect them before they r fully mature, lest the seed will disperse

@ arbab........i am also growing calico from seed....its about eight inches after two months......is this growth rate normal...or its under performing due some reason ( i have three seedlings and all are same).....thanks

At first it looked to me some sort of a gourd or a cucumber :lol: but amazing :)

Its very vigorous climber can grow by more than 10 feet in the first year, in winters its growth almost stops, protect ur seedlings frm frost otherwise they will not thrive
