Image is not clear.....but possibly some type of aphids. Wash away with jet stream of water or use any general purpose pesticide. If not available use soap water.

Intezaar fermaiye :-)... Joke aside, if the flowers are dropping off, then there must be a disease/ pest. What happens to the flower? Does it completely fall off, if not, you should see small developing fruits after a while.
