In the first post, the vine which looks like arrows in arrowhead vine (Syngonium)
The plant with purple leaves is Rhoeo.
Your plant with white blotches remains a mystery for sometime since no followed up :-( I to have try google images searching but for that I need a close up good image of the leaves.
In the second post, it is Dieffenbachia as I had replied elsewhere.
Once you know their name you can google their care instructions.
