i hv transfered two sada bahar plants in one pot. now these are showing wilting symptoms. is this due to intense heat or something else??? immediate help required

Yes most probably transplant failure either due to improper method or too hot weather.....

Put the pot in shade and continue watering twice a day. They may spring back. Else Dustbin is waiting.
