Deal Fellows,
I had sown this plumeria last year from seed. after that it is doing well but yet did not flower. It is also falling downward and you can see the curve. Should I cut the stem from half-way down to divide it into new branches?
Can I take cut it half and plant top part into separate pot so that I will have duplicate same plumeria?
What is the tip for flowering?

Let it grow as it is. It is curving because it is not getting enough sunlight. All your smaller plants are facing one side in search of sunlight. Transfer to the ground or larger pot.

Yes looks like your plants are getting sun from right side of the picture.. also size of pot seems to be small in relation to size of the plant. As Farooq Sb has suggested, move it to ground or bigger pot and give it more sun.

What will happen if I cut its stem from the middle and place that part into another pot for having another plant:
- 1. Both sections of plant will survive?
2. Main plant servive and top part died?
