Re: help for gerbera
They are leaf miners. Leaf miners are the larva of insects that feed between the upper and lower surfaces of leaves. it may be larvae of flies, moths, sawflies, or beetles. The female adult lays eggs on the leaf surface. When the larvae hatch they tunnel into the leaf and begin feeding.
Use systemic insecticide to get remedy. Contact insecticide or spraying on the plant is not beneficial nor recommended.
In organic and natural pesticide to kill leaf miners is to use neem oil. While neem oil is not an immediate way how to kill leaf miners, it is a natural way to treat these pests.
