Do not spray any pesticide or it will penetrate into the tomatoes. If its marbling its leaf miner and if its light green spots they are spiders or Aphids. One more thing do not sprinkle water over plants specially in evening this will cause fungus.

Dear Madiha Humbal
I counted the number of blooming flowers on my plants and they are 20 in number. ten of them have expired and around six of them are showing fruit in them. the rest are just empty gaps.
After reading your message, I would like to inform you that by cross pollination producing fruits. Some of flowers drops due to lack of cross pollination. PK liquid foliar spray will be necessary before starting of Cherry Tomatoes flowers, this will produce more flowers and fruits.
Spray will immediate action rather that mixing fertilizer in soil because plant takes immediate food from leaves.
As far your Sunlight problem, you can never move your plant, I think 4 to 5 hour daily sunlight will be moderate for atmosphere in Karachi.
Best Regards
Asim

There is a solution to control mites by spraying water daily on tomato plants this will help fruiting and also will scare away mites. Add 1 tea spoon oil and 1/2 tea spoon dish washing liquid in to 2 litres of water and spray daily.

Dear Madiha Humbal
AOA
I think the main cause of problem not to treat it properly. It's not a single problem a cherry tomatoes can face.
The first and most important thing is check Soil PH Level.
I mean to say at first "Bhut ziada gobar ke khad bhi, plant ko aik thum bara kar deti hi baad mi aik thum khatam kr deti hi".

thankyou aasim nawaz for the advise, but the plants were growing on a soil that did not have too much manure on it. i used to give them NPK as plant feed once a month. some one suggested to use well rotted manure for the plants. so i sprinkled some on the top.
