It looks like fungus damaged on the roots. May be fungus root rot.
It may be due to excess water or fertilizer or any chemical damaged.
was earlier plant attacked by any insect like mites??.

Hassan sb. as you have mentioned earlier that you have kept your plant in rain. So, maybe because of poor drainage the roots have rot...
