Yellowing tips

I have umbrella papyrus whose tips are turning yellow. Usually it is sign of under or over watering especially if planted in pots. However in this case the plant is planted in ground and definitely not under watered.
It is in shade area but two other palms are also in the same area(cygas palm and raphis palm) which have full green leaves.
Could it be case of over watering even though it is in ground? Do i need to give it some sort of fertilizer

this plant lives in ponds, so it is not a case of over watering...
