Weeping Ficus

Attached is pic of weeping ficus. Even though spring is here it doesnt seem to be growing new leaves. most of the leaves are yellowing and shedding like in fall. I have given it desi khad a while back and recently NPK but doesnt seem be the thriving lush green plant i was desiring. Is the tree in pic normal or there are deficiencies and if so how do i get rid of the deficiencies
