Citrus Fruit and leaf burning issue

Dear Izhar Bhai
will you plz figure out the issue. These 4-5 plants are in good soil (no issue of macro or micro nutrients) and are irrigated in a scheduled way no over or under watering conditions and more over these pictures are one month old when the sun was not burning that high.
However this fruit has shed now, what could be the possible reason and remedy of this. This does not look alike the sign of citrus canker ?
